Be thankful all the time and contributing back to society is our pursuit. In addition to its rapid business development, Galaxy has also shouldered its responsibility as a corporate citizen by actively participating in social welfare and charity undertakings to give back to society.
In the past 31 years, Galaxy has donated more than RMB 1 billion to charity and religious groups and RMB 1.8 billion to educational causes and has been awarded the title "Shenzhen Charity Enterprise" many times.
Galaxy always insisted on the corporate principle of “being grateful and giving back to the society”, shouldering our responsibility by actively participating in social welfare and charity undertakings.
From Shenzhen to Guangzhou, from Huizhou to Changzhou, From Wenxian (Gansu) to Lankao (Henan), Galaxy has already established more than 20 schools to support the local charity events.
In May of 2008, an 8.0 magnitude earthquake shook WenChuan(Sichuan). as the corporate citizen, Galaxy helped the post-disaster reconstruction of Chengguan NO.1 elementary School of Wenxian.
In May of 2010, the new teaching building with investment of approximate 9 million RMB was delivered as a sample project. The new building was a four-story frame structure, with a total construction area of 4112 square meters, which can accommodate five grades of total 1500 students.
As the first trial in education real estate, Galaxy aims to provide the children of owners with best education resources and improve the average level of education in Longgang District, therefore Galaxy started to combine real estate project with the well-known schools in order to offer superior educational resources.
For example, Galaxy included the first branch of the primary school of Shenzhen Experimental School into Galaxy Era, which help to strengthen the education level of Longgang District and become a new milestone of Shenzhen’s elite education.
In November of 2015, the construction of the Affiliated Longgang Yabao Elementary School of South China Normal University was started, and was completed in August of 2016. The school opening day was hold on 1st September of 2016. The teaching quality of Yabao Elementary School is high-quality, with the teaching model of 24 classes to provide students with high-caliber educational resources.
Huizhou Galaxy Bainian Huafu is the new project of Galaxy Real Estate, which cooperated with one of China’s Project 211 universities, the South China Normal University. The cooperation started in September of 2011.
In August of 2012, the construction of the Affiliated Huiyang School of South China Normal University and Galaxy Dandi was started, and was completed in May of 2014. In September of 2014, the kindergarden, primary school and junior high school have officially put into operation, which means the owner’s children can enjoy the 15-year high-caliber education from kindergarden to high school in the neighborhood.
Since July 2013, Galaxy Building, a student dormitory project that Galaxy donated RMB 30 million to at South China Normal University, has come into use.
In August 2014, Guangzhou’s only public Nansha Primary School and Nansha Kindergarten Affiliated to South China Normal University has officially stationed into Guangzhou Galaxy shan Bay. As school co-running going further, Galaxy has donated another RMB 4 million to upgrade their personnel systems and the hardware facilities. It is the third inter-industrial cooperation between Galaxy Holding Group and South China Normal University, and Galaxy is doing its bit to fully support the flourishing development of China’s educational undertaking.
Endeavor is without boundary and Galaxy has followed its heart to expand business all the way to the east. In Changzhou city of Jiangsu Province, Galaxy has chosen to expand cooperation with China’s Top 100 Special School - Huxiao Education Group.
Galaxy has built Wujin Xinghe Primary School with RMB 250 million and 50 mu of core land. In order to meet the needs of software and hardward facilities, Galaxy Holding Group has also sustained its investment to build up standard natatorium, basketball gymnasium, library, multi-functional room and auditorium.
What’s more, Galaxy has innovated the teaching models and features by “small-class teaching” practice. The top-ranking project quality, full-fledged equipment and the high-caliber educational resources are all reflections of Galaxy’s devotion to the lifetime happiness of the owners.
In September 2013, Wujin Xinghe Primary School and Wujin jiguan Kindergarten - Xinghe International Kindergarten have officially put into operation. Once again, Galaxy has fulfilled its commitment to developing education by quality projects and innovative school running model.
