2016 — NOW

Prosperity

2018

In 2018, Galaxy marched intothe Central Plains area for the first time and developed the Zhengzhou Ersha Culturaland Creative Plaza project to help build a new center in the cultural andcreative industry.

Galaxy Real Estate Group and Beichen District Government signed the Construction and Development Agreement of Beichen Central Vital Zone, introducing Galaxy's high-qualityresources such as quality business and “industry-city-finance-investment”business model.

Guangzhou branch, Shanghai branch and Hong Kong branch of Galaxy Finance officiallystarted business, expanding business in global core economic areas.

Shenzhen Galaxy WORLD•COCO Park and Shenzhen Longgang Galaxy iCO wereopened for business.

Galaxy Incubator (Zhuhai) helda grand opening, boosting the ecological construction of innovation & entrepreneurship in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

"Galaxy", the first satellite of the world's first commercial AI constellation, successfully went into the orbit. The new "satellite +urban development" business format was created by Galaxy Holding Group and Chengdu Guoxing Aerospace Science and Technology Co., Ltd.

2017

In 2017, Galaxy Real EstateGroup won the bidding of Hongshan Street plot in Xuanwu District, Nanjing City,and deeply expanded its business in the Yangtze River Delta.

Galaxy teamed up China Construction Bank and launched the first rent community in China,“CCB Jianrong Homeland·GalaxyRongyu”, piloting the integrated operation mode of commercial housingdevelopment and leasing.

Galaxy Finance Group's Galaxy Dingfeng Equity Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd., Tianjin Galaxy Dingxing Leasing Co., Ltd. and Tianjin Galaxy Commercial Factoring Co.,Ltd. were established. The registered capital of the latter company was RMB 2billion, ranking top three among its peers in China.

Galaxy Industry Group officially entered into the market of Chongqing, the key city ofChengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle.

Galaxy Incubator (Puning) held a grand opening.

Galaxy Commercial Propertymarched into Ordos and Enshi, and its brand output continued to deepen.


2016

In 2016,Galaxy Property Group's property management company Smart Life (stock code:836397) and commercial management company Galaxy Commercial Property (stockcode: 839819) were successively listed on NEEQ, fully engaging with the capitalmarket.

Galaxy took equity stakes in Qianhai FOFs, the largest commercialization fund in China,and became a limited partner.

Galaxy entered into a partnership agreement for the first entity fund of the National SME Development Fund and became a limited partner of the National SMEDevelopment Fund.

Galaxy Finance Group's Internet financial platform, was put into operation. Shenzhen Xingshun Commercial Factoring Co., Ltd. wasformally established.

The representativesof Galaxy Industry Group accompanied Xu Qin, the then-Mayor of Shenzhen, tovisit Bahrain and signed a cooperation agreement with the Bahrain EconomicDevelopment Committee.

Chengdu Galaxy MingxinInternational Makerspace was officially launched and became a newentrepreneurship brand in cities in the Southwest region.


2009 — 2015

Expansion

2015

In 2015, Galaxy Group jointlyinitiated and established Galaxy Incubator with several academicians, theinnovation and entrepreneurship platform was officially put into operation inShenzhen, and it pioneered the "rent/service/ property rights in exchangefor stock rights" mode and provides entrepreneurial acceleration services.

Galaxy Era, a top luxury residentialproject in the northern part of Tianjin opened for subscription, showing Galaxy Group had deepened the developmentin the Tianjin market.


2014

In 2014, Shenzhen Galaxy WORLD debuted. With all-round, multi-format andsustainable development mode, it was a new city integrating industry &finance.

2012

In 2012, Tianjin GalaxyRongyu opened for subscription, manifesting that Galaxy Group had entered into theNorth China market.

2010

In 2010,Galaxy Group took equitystakes in Shenzhen Capital Group and became the second largest shareholder nextto Shenzhen SASAC.

Galaxy Group took equitystakes in Shenzhen Futian Yinzuo Rural Bank and became its second largest shareholder.

The first large-scale comprehensive real estate project in the Yangtze River Delta,Changzhou Galaxy International, and a comprehensive project in a resource-basedcity in Pearl River Delta, Huizhou Galaxy Dandi commenced the construction.

Galaxy Era, the first urbancomplex project in Longgang, Shenzhen, was presented to the public, rewritingthe layout of the central area of Longgang.

2009

In 2009, Galaxy Group tookequity stakes in Sunshine Insurance Group, back then, it was the latter'slargest shareholder.

ShenzhenGalaxy Ritz-Carlton was grandly opened for business, with its qualitymanagement and “warm service”, it has maintained strong competitiveness formany years.

Galaxy Group won the bidding of the land-use right of a 400-muplot in Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province.


2003 — 2008

Growing

2008

In 2008,Shenzhen Galaxy Development Center was built and became a commercial complexlandmark in Futian Central District. In 2012, it was awarded a Gold rating inLEED Certification.

2007

In 2007, a one-stopluxury shopping center themed by home furnishing, Shenzhen Galaxy Top Livingopened for business and became an up-market home furnishing business brand withthe most innovative spirit and brand influence in South China.

2006

In 2006, Galaxy Groupexpanded its business in the Pearl River Delta and obtained a number of reservelands in Nansha District, Guangzhou City and Danshui Sub-district, Huizhou City.

ShenzhenFutian Galaxy COCO Park opened for business. It was the first scenario-basedleisure shopping center in China, and it is still a landmark in Shenzhen.

Shenzhen Galaxy Dandi wasselected as one of “Shenzhen Top Ten Star Real Estates”.


2005

In 2005, Galaxy Groupsimultaneously developed four star projects: Shenzhen Galaxy Century, ShenzhenFutian Galaxy COCO Park, Shenzhen Galaxy Dandi and Shenzhen Galaxy DevelopmentCenter. Galaxy Group adheres to humanistic care and quality-first in the designand construction of multi-format products such as residential buildings,villas, commercial buildings and office buildings, which were praised by theindustry.

2004

In 2004, Galaxy Group built aprofessional business operation management team and embarked on the developmentcombining real estate development and commercial operation.

2003

In 2003, Shenzhen Galaxy International pioneered setting up leisurecommercial spaces in high-end residential buildings and it has become abenchmark project leading the residential market in Shenzhen.

1988 — 2002

Renascence

2002

Galaxy reorganized the business and industries on the Dongshan Pearl Island, and started the business in leisure tourism and marine biology, which helps Galaxy obtained the national first-class certificates for real estate development enterprise.

1999

The Galaxy Properties Management Company was established, which renamed as Galaxy Smart Life later.

1998

The “Three Pearl” Project including Galaxy Mingju, Galaxy Yaju, Galaxy Huaju made a splash in Shenzhen and were highly recognized by the industry.

1995

Galaxy started the construction of projects like Yihe Villa, Xianghe Garden, which announced its real estate development.

1988

The precursor of Galaxy, Shenzhen Yihe Company was established.
