Galaxy Real Estate Group Won the Outstanding Achievement Enterprise Award of the Year in the China Real Estate Golden Brick Award Ceremony Again

The 18th annual meeting of the Boao•21st Century Real Estate Forum was held in Hainan from July 21st to 24th. In the 2018 China Real Estate Golden Brick Awards Ceremony, Galaxy Real Estate Group won the Outstanding Achievement Enterprise Award of the Year again by relying on its outstanding strengths.

The Boao•21st Century Real Estate Forum has been held for 18 consecutive years and is one of the most influential events in China's real estate industry. As a witness and promoter of China's real estate development, Galaxy Real Estate Group actively responds to national policies and industry trends. While focusing on real estate and accelerating development, the Group is actively expanding its business in the industry and the leasing market. It has established a closed-loop business ecosystem integrating real estate, finance, industry, commercial property, and property management, and achieved fruitful results.

The real estate business is the cornerstone for keeping the Galaxy Ecosphere operating smoothly. Galaxy Group has already developed more than 30 million square meters properties, covering residences, villas, apartments, hotels, office buildings, shopping malls, and industrial parks. At the same time, it has more than 30 million square meters of land reserves, all located in China's key urban regions. Adequate available land sources and large scale land reserves provide strong support for Galaxy Group's next five-year goal. By 2023, Galaxy Group’s land bank will reach a scale of over 50 million square meters and over 15 million square meters will be under construction.

Adhering to the development concept "real estate is the carrier, industry is the basis, finance is the link, and capital operation is the platform", Galaxy Group has discovered an innovative development path "integrating industries, cities, investment, and financing" and formed the three major product lines, including “New Cities” that integrate industry & financial capital, communities featuring innovation & entrepreneurship, and “Characteristic Towns”. At this year's Boao Forum, Dr. Yan Jingyu, Vice President of Galaxy Industry Group, was invited to give a keynote speech on the theme of "The Logic of Industry-city Integration", expressing the operational logic and related practices of Galaxy Industry Group. The speech was widely praised by the entrepreneurs and media representatives present.

The discussion of the tera-scale long-term leasing blue ocean market was the key topic of this forum. In 2017, as a pioneer, Galaxy Group entered the long-term leasing market and launched the long-term community project, CCB Jianrong Homeland·Galaxy Rongyu. As the first whole-rental community in China, the project covers an area of 60,000 square meters and has a value of over RMB 18 billion. It will be delivered to lessees once all the final, high-class outfitting is complete. In the future, Galaxy Group will build more long-term rental communities. Within five years, Galaxy plans to simultaneously operate five large-scale long-term rental apartment buildings to help build a long-term mechanism for China's real estate industry.
